SQL Server Managed Backup to Microsoft Azure cannot set the version 1 instance level default configuration parameters, because these configuration parameters have already been upgraded to version 2. In order to set the instance defaults, please call any of the stored procedures [msdb].[managed_backup].sp_backup_config_basic, [msdb].[managed_backup].sp_backup_config_advanced, or [msdb].[managed_backup].sp_backup_config_schedule.
