Action: In G Suite, add another domain and verify that domain inside of G Suite This domain will be used to support staged mail flow migration and auto-forwarding from Office 365 to G Suite. Use a subdomain from the primary SMTP address (example: pilot.contoso.com). The MX record for the subdomain will point to G suite, and we will use this subdomain to route mail back to active G Suite mailboxes during email co-existence. The subdomain should NOT be validated in Office 365. NOTE: For secondary domains, it may be necessary in G Suite to add the pilot.contoso.com domain using the Google API method. Work with your FastTrack Engineer for the Gmail_Migration_Plan documentation on these detailed migration steps.
