"Directs Terminal Services to use the specified network share as the root of the user's home directory. If you enable this setting, Terminal Services maps the specified drive letter to a network share that is used as the user's home directory. The home directory path is based on the specified Home Dir root and the user's alias. (Important: the administrator must create a specific folder for each user.) Home Dir root must be in the form \\Computername\Sharename. Do not specify a placeholder for user alias, because Terminal Services will automatically append this at logon. If you disable this setting or do not configure it, the user's home directory will be as specified at the server."
