The timeout is the maximum amount of time allowed for a deployment
to be performed on the target server.

If the timeout is exceeded, the deployment is considered a failure and the
process running will be killed automatically.

A zero value indicates that the Deployer will wait indefinitely for a response and will
not be available to process any other task up until the conclusion of the
deployment, or a manual restart of the Deployer service itself.
