DPM Central Console setup skipped the creation of some default roles (used for Role Based Access Control) because they already exist on the Operations Manager Server. The existing roles may have incomplete configuration. Delete the roles manually and then rerun the DefaultRoleConfigurator.exe from %InstallLocation; to recreate the roles.
