"This policy setting allows you to block in-ROM applications so that the user cannot run them.  If you enable this policy, then the in-ROM applications that are specified in this policy are blocked so that the user cannot run them. To specify an application that you want to block, click Show, then Add, then enter the file name in the Value name field and an optional friendly name in the Value field, and then click OK.  If you disable or do not configure this policy, then all in-ROM applications are allowed to run."
