Form code must either be upgraded or removed before the form can be published. To upgrade the form code to the latest Object Model (OM) version, edit the form code, and then click OK when prompted to upgrade. To remove the form code, navigate to the Programming category of the Form Options dialog box, and then click Remove Code.
