The TPM temporarily locks users out if an incorrect owner password is entered too many times. Depending on your computer manufacturer, the lockout might last for a specific period of time or until the computer is turned off. To enter the correct password, you might need to restart the computer and run this wizard again. You can also try to reset the lockout period by clicking Reset TPM Lockout in the Action pane of the management console.
