This Master Target Server virtual machine instance includes a third-party Linux distribution, CentOS version 6.6, as the base operating system. CentOS version 6.6 is published and supported by OpenLogic and contains an installation of the Basic Server packages. In order to enable Master Target Server functionality, select specific, additional OpenLogic CentOS packages will get installed. Finally, on the Master Target Server virtual machine instance, the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Master Target Server software which is published by Microsoft, will get installed. The additional CentOS packages and the Microsoft Azure Site Recovery Master Target Server software are supported by Microsoft Corporation. The CentOS version 6.6 package is supported by OpenLogic.
