The message was successfully sent to an external address using one of your organization's connectors. These are the details on how the message was sent.

You can view your organization's connector settings on the connector page.

If the recipient can't find the message in their Inbox folder, the message might have been delivered to another folder (for example the Junk Email folder), the recipient might have created a forwarding rule that forwarded the message to a different email address, or there might be something wrong with the recipient's email system.
