For those computers that are already running another antimalware application set the policy value for "Install Endpoint Protection even if a third party endpoint protection application is installed" to Yes. Then, deploy the policy to the required device groups. After you confirm that Microsoft Intune Endpoint Protection is installed and enabled, then remove or disable the previously installed antimalware application.
