The publication uses parameterized filtering which has been configured to have only one subscriber per partition. Another subscriber '%1' which belongs to the same partition as this subscriber was dropped at the publisher. The other subscriber must be dropped and recreated if it needs to synchronize to the publication. If both subscribers need to synchronize the parameterized filter on the publication should be reconfigured to have more than one subscriber per partition.
