The maximum number of certificates that Message Queuing can store in Active Directory for the user has been reached. You can open the Message Queuing Properties dialog box from Computer Management to remove certificates and then create a new internal certificate. Message Queuing will also attempt to create a new internal certificate each time that the user logs on if none exists.
