Coordinates and routes the network traffic between an array of RPC Proxies and back end servers using RPC/HTTP. If this service is stopped when RPC Proxies use load balancing, the RPCProxy optional component may not be able to find the correct back end server and clients using RPC/HTTP that connect to the RPCProxy may get errors or experience slow connect times. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.
