Contact the Project Server administrator. The administrator can grant permission to publish information for non-enterprise projects. To publish non-enterprise projects, on the Project Web Access Quick Launch, click Server Settings. On the Server Settings page, click Additional Server Settings. Select the Allow master projects to be saved and published to Microsoft Project Server 2010 check box, and then click Save.
