Dialog box action is not supported by InfoPath Forms Services. When the form is viewed in InfoPath, the dialog box will show. When the form is viewed using a Web browser, the dialog box will not show. Dialog box actions are best used to test Rules in InfoPath. If the dialog box action is not used for testing, to make sure that this form is usable in a Web browser, consider using conditional formatting to show and hide a section that contains the dialog box information.
