To configure child farms, you need the following information: 
Parent farm's database server: {1}
Parent farm's configuration database name: {2}

This information must be entered on the child farm's MANAGE_INTERFARM_SERVICES_PAGE_LINK_TEXT page in the child farm's central administration site. 

 Reminder: Each child farm's access account must be supplied on the MANAGE_INTERFARM_SERVICES_PAGE_LINK_TEXT page on this farm.
