The purpose of this template is to guide the user through the management review process for audit compliance with ISO 9001. This standard is used in the U.K. and many EU countries (as well as many others) to ensure that their practices and their resulting products or services are in compliance with recognized international standards. Reviews must be established at planned intervals and must follow strict guidelines as identified in this template.  Several roles are required in a management review. The senior management team should include the following roles, although the titles can vary: CEO, president, vice president(s), operations manager, HR manager, sales/marketing manager, controller (or financial representative), and general manager.  In addition, the ISO representative and the quality assurance manager should be included. In this template, we have separated these two roles because of the extra assignments that they must perform.
