Upgrades the lab objects after an upgrade of SCVMM server.

    TfsConfig lab /UpgradeSCVMM /collectionName:<*|collectionName>

    After upgrading the SCVMM server from 2008 R2 to 2012,  this command
    is required to upgrade the SCVMM artifacts that were being used by Lab
