MTLS requires that both the SIP endpoint and Windows server be issued an X.509 certificate signed by a trusted certification authority. To do this, you can use the PKI infrastructure of your existing organization and the ExchangeCertificate cmdlets. Alternatively, you can configure them to use self-signed certificates.
