This key performance indicator (KPI) that divides the total salary of all employees in that job title divided by the number of employees with that job title. This KPI assumes that a hierarchy exists with the list of job titles, and that this hierarchy is separate from the employee dimension. For each job title, the KPI takes the total salary of all employees in that job title and divides by the number of employees with that job title. The Status and Trend expressions assume that a lower value is better. If this is not the case, you may need to change the less than sign (<) to a greater than sign (>) in these expressions.
