This task will establish mail forwarding from a local Exchange Server to Exchange Online, and will cleanup local mailboxes. Mail forwarding will be performed by either setting up an alternate recipient, or through the target address on a mail-enabled user. This task will use a directory object or a mailbox.meta object as input. It will then match with an existing account in the Microsoft Online Service and establish a mail forward to that account. In addition the object that is passed in may already contain the mail forwarding address, in which case the task just creates mail forwarding.
