USAGE:
Dfsutil /RemStdRoot removes standalone roots from a namespace. 

Usage: 
dfsutil /RemStdRoot /Server: /Share:

    /Server: - Server hosting the root to be removed.
    /Share: - Name of the root share to be removed.
    
    e.g: dfsutil /RemStdRoot /Server:DocServ1 /Share:OldDocs

Note: This command should not be used to remove DFS roots 
that are part of a cluster. Cluster Administrator tool must be used instead.
