 AdtAgent was unable to acquire a set of credentials to use for authentication to the collector. AdtAgent cannot connect to a collector until this problem is corrected.
 
 For detailed failure information, enable trace logging using the TraceFlags registry key and examine the AdtAgent.log in the 	emp subdirectory of the Windows directory.
