We are unable to resolve the account information used by Publishing Cache as configured. If you have recently migrated to claims then you need to verify the user name for the accounts configured and set the properties for portalsuperuseraccount and/or portalsuperreaderaccount by obtaining the claims encoded user names. For each user that requires a change, configure the account using the following command 'stsadm -o setproperty -propertyname (portalsuperreaderaccount|portalsuperuseraccount) -propertyvalue account -url webappurl'.
