This policy setting allows you to specify if user can use removable storage on the device.  If you enable this policy setting, user will not be able to use removable storage in any way. The removable storage will be disabled from driver level so there is no bypass.  If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, user will be able to use removable storage.  When you change this policy setting, a system reboot will be enforced on all devices subject to the policy change.
