Have users select Gmail labels to migrate. In Gmail, messages are assigned system labels (such as Inbox) or user-created labels. These labels are configured by default in Gmail to show for IMAP clients. If users have unchecked the Show in IMAP box for a label, the messages that are assigned that label will not migrate to %BRAND_OFFICE_365_SHORT%. Prior to mailbox migrations, administrators should alert users to select Show in IMAP for all labels with Gmail messages that they want migrated to %BRAND_OFFICE_365_SHORT%. Users may also want to deselect some labels (such as Trash) to keep certain types of mail from migrating to %BRAND_OFFICE_365_SHORT%. Users can access labels settings in Gmail by selecting Settings and then Labels.
