In addition, when you run a batch job that generates files, the files are stored in this location until you retrieve them. Files that are generated by a batch job can be retrieved in the Generated files form. Click Home > Inquiries > Batch jobs > Generated files. Make sure that all users have access to the network in order to access and print files that are stored in this location.
