DFSR Migration was unable to delete the DFSR local settings on the Domain Controller %1!S!. This could be because DFSR was unable to connect to the Primary Domain Controller. If the Domain Controller %1!S! is a Read-only Domain Controller, the DFSR global settings will be deleted by the Primary Domain Controller the next time DFSR polls the Active Directory. 
 
To forcefully delete the DFSR local settings for Domain Controller %1!S!, execute the command 'dfsrmig /DeleteRoDfsrMember' on any writable Domain Controller.
