EXPLANATION    This message should occur only on a down-level computer. Any action to correct the problem should be performed on that computer.  An unrecoverable error occurred because of a problem with the dynamic-link library of the Remoteboot service.    ACTION    Be sure you are using the correct versions of the dynamic-link libraries.
