You have insufficient privileges to update the SMA database.  Your account for the specified SQL Server must have the CONNECT WITH GRANT OPTON, ALTER, SELECT WITH GRANT OPTON, UPDATE WITH GRANT OPTON, INSERT WITH GRANT OPTON, and DELETE WITH GRANT OPTON  privilages granted on the SMA database.  Additionally, the SQL Server Role used to set up the SMA database must have the ALTER ANY LOGIN WITH GRANT OPTION privilege.
