Outlook Web App couldn't initialize.

The property "UserContextTimeout" of the Outlook Web App virtual directory conflicts with the current value of property "MaxPendingRequestLife" from the web.config file. 

Change one of these properties so that the value of "UserContextTimeout" in seconds is at least 25% bigger than the value of the "MaxPendingRequestLife" property.
