Your account has been configured to use Multi-Factor Authentication. Multi-factor authentication involves something you know (your username and password) and something you have (your phone). When you sign on, you will continue to use the same username and password. Before your sign on is complete, you will receive a phone call asking you to say your passphrase. If you haven't enrolled a passphrase previously, you will be prompted to do so. If you don't confirm the sign on by saying your passphrase, the sign on will be denied.

The phone number Multi-Factor Authentication will call during your sign on attempts is <$phone$>.

Please reply to this email if this phone number is not correct or you would prefer a different phone number.

Note: You should only say your passphrase when you receive the Multi-Factor Authentication call if you are actually signing on. Otherwise, someone may be trying to sign on with your username and password and you should report this potential fraud to your IT administrator.
