This policy setting allows this feature to be prevented or allowed for all processes running on the machine. If you enable this policy setting, a script running on any of the processes on the machine can perform a clipboard operation without prompting. This means if the zone behavior is currently set to prompt it will be bypassed and enabled. If you disable this policy setting, a script running in any of the processes on the machine cannot bypass the prompt for cut, copy or paste operations from the clipboard. If this is not configured, current values of the URL Action for the application/processes in on the machine prevail.
