To exclude a range of IPv6 addresses from distribution by the scope.   
 
Syntax: 
 
        add excluderange   
 
Parameters: 
 
        StartIP        - The starting IP address of the exclusion 
                         range.  
 
        EndIP          - The ending IP address of the exclusion 
                         range.  
 
Example:       add excluderange 3ffe::10 3ffe::90 
 
               This command excludes IP addresses in the range 
               3ffe::10 to 3ffe::90 from distribution in the scope.
