Active Directory detected that the virtual machine that hosts the domain controller role was reverted to a previous state. Active Directory Domain Services needs to initialize a non-authoritative restore on the local SYSVOL replica. This is done by stopping the FRS or DFSR service used to replicate the SYSVOL folder and starting it with the appropriate registry keys and values to trigger the restore. Active Directory Domain Services failed to set the above registry values and cannot complete the non-authoritative restore. Please perform a non-authoritative restore manually.
