Cloud service cannot connect to the gateway through service bus. You may not be able to use the Data Factory Copy Wizard to create data pipelines for copying data from/to on-premises data stores. Please follow these steps to get the gateway back online: (1) Enable outbound ports 5671 and 9350-9354 on both Windows Firewall on the gateway machine and Corporate Firewall. (2) Configure proxy settings on the gateway. (3) Remove static IP limitation on the proxy server. See Ports and security considerations and Proxy server considerations in the Data Management Gateway article for details. As a work-around, you can use Data Factory Editor in Azure Portal (or) Visual Studio (or) Azure PowerShell.
