Step 1. Configure Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (or later) so that the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Data Mining Add-ins for Office work correctly
You can now run the Server Configuration Utility that was part of the installation. Run the Server Configuration Utility against your Analysis Services instance (which can be on your local computer or on another computer that you have administrator permissions on). The Server Configuration Utility allows you to configure SQL Server 2008 (or later) Analysis Services so that the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Data Mining Add-ins for Office function properly.
