This tool will examine a single Exchange server, all servers in an Administration Group, or all servers in a deployment. Configuration information will then be gathered and examined from several sources (for example, Active Directory, WMI, the registry, and the metabase) and verified for correctness. When the gathering and analysis process is complete, a list of issues will be presented, arranged by severity. For each issue, the tool provides descriptions of what the problem is and how it can be fixed. You can either begin a new scan at this point or examine a report of a scan already run.
