The purpose of this template is to support a customer service organization in setting up for the support of a new product. This is a complex topic that could require several schedules to cover all of the components. For simplicity, some of the areas have been noted with only one task, and will need to be developed in greater detail in separate plans. Technology infrastructure is one example of this. We recommend that a separate schedule be created for the development of the technology to support the introduction of a new product.
