Information Rights Management (IRM): There was a problem while trying to obtain an updated list of revoked licenses from the Rights Management Services (RMS) server.
Either the user is not activated for the machine, or the machine certificate is not in the key hierarchy indicated by the key hierarchy registry flag.

This problem will not invalidate valid licenses stored locally, but some RMS functions require an updated revocation list in order to succeed.
