The computer account for the Terminal Services license server cannot be added to the Terminal Server License Servers group in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) because access is denied. Domain administrator privileges are required to perform this action. Also, an error occurred while publishing the license server in AD DS. The scope for the license server will be set to Domain instead of to Forest.
