The local domain controller is no longer configured to host the following application directory partition. An attempt to transmit its updates and transfer its operations master roles (if any) to another domain controller failed because no other domain controller is configured to host a replica of this application directory partition.

User Action  
Use the Domain Management option in the Ntdsutil command-line tool to do one of the following:  
  
- To remove the partition from the forest permanently, use the Delete NC option to delete the crossRef object for this directory partition.  
- To keep the partition on this domain controller, use the Add NC Replica option to reconfigure this domain controller to host this directory partition.  
- To move the replica of this directory partition to another domain controller, use the Add NC Replica option to reconfigure this domain controller to host the directory partition (so it can act as a replication source) and to configure the new domain controller to host the directory partition. Once the new domain controller has completed its initial replication, use the Remove NC Replica option to remove the directory partition from the local domain controller.
