When you use terminals for time and job registration, PIN codes should be enabled to prevent workers from registering using an incorrect worker ID. PIN codes are enabled as standard. Remember to enter a PIN code for each worker in the Worker page, on the Time registration tab, in the Password field. (Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Time registration workers.)
