The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service wasn't able to send a voice message from user '%1' because a Rights Management Services failure occurred while trying to protect the message. Verify that Rights Management Services is working correctly and that the IRM Configuration property InternalLicensingEnabled is set to true. For details about how to set the InternalLicensingEnabled property, refer to the cmdlet Set-IRMConfiguration. If protection for voice messages isn't required, make sure that the ProtectAuthenticatedVoiceMail property of the UM mailbox policy that's associated with the UM-enabled users is set to "None."
