The "Cluster Service" service startup type on node {0} is not set to the default and recommended value of AUTO_START (0x2). This may have been changed by another application or by and administrator during the troubleshooting of a problem. This setting affects whether the driver is automatically started and at what point in the system boot process that the service starts. To change the setting back to the recommended value open server Manager and navigate to the "Services" item under "Configuration". Open the properties of the "Cluster Service" from the list of services and selecting "Properties". In the "General Tab", change the selection for "Startup type:" to "Automatic".
