To exclude a range of IP addresses from distribution by the scope.      Syntax:            add excluderange      Parameters:            StartIP        - The starting IP address of the exclusion                           range.             EndIP          - The ending IP address of the exclusion                           range.     Example:       add excluderange 10.2.2.10 10.2.2.20                   This command excludes IP addresses in the range                 10.2.2.10 to 10.2.2.20 from distribution in the scope.
