Report Users can view the Reporting workspace in the console and connect to the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) server. Security for individual reports or folders of reports is configured on the SSRS server. Any user who is added to a user role that is based on the Report User profile must also be granted either the Browser role, Publisher role, or Content Manager role on the SSRS server for the System Center/Service Manager report folder.
