The Federation Service encountered an error while generating a token for a Windows NT token-based application. The token from the account partner does not contain a user principal name (UPN) claim or e-mail claim. 

This token request will fail. 

User Action 
Ensure that configuration settings are consistent between this Federation Service and the account partner. The Federation Service is configured to always use shadow accounts for this account partner, but the account partner sent a token without a UPN or e-mail claim. Configure this account partner's local account settings to reflect that shadow accounts will not be used, or contact the account partner's Federation Service administrator.
