The Outlook Web Access web application failed to parse the Address Book custom properties. "%1" attribute was not found in "%2" at line number = "%3". Having the "%1" as the "%4" attribute in the custom properties file is a requirement for Microsoft Outlook Web Access to parse it and display the values to the users. If this error is not addressed, users will not be able to view the custom properties. The Help and Support Center provides information about troubleshooting this issue.
